Shine Week 2 - Breathe

God has planned for each of us to touch people with the Love of Christ. He has placed us where we are, with the Gifts we have, to follow Him into His fields. God will take us and bring eternal influence and shine His light. 

Let us not sleep through the opportunity to bring heaven’s light between the bookends that we call life on earth. 

We are perfectly positioned to influence someone’s life right here, right now.

Psalm 16:11

You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Psalm 36

7 How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings. 8 They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house, And You give them drink from the river of Your pleasures. 9 For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light.

These are incredible pictures of God’s plan for us to be FULL and Live an overflowing life – but yet sometimes we find ourselves ANYTHING but filled with God.

We get so used to living with our chains or with a narrow self focus or just sin focused that all we concern ourselves with is surviving another day.

      If we find ourselves here – it’ time to breathe: Breath In. Breath Out.

Breath In: Turn to Him, Take in His presence. His Life, His Love, His Light.  

Breath Out: Confess, Be forgiven, Be Free, Forgive, Let Go.
